Account and Data Deletion

PulseCity lets you request deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page explains the available paths for users and app store review.
Delete your account in the app
Open PulseCity, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, confirm the deletion dialog, and the app will send the account deletion request for the logged-in account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your PulseCity account. Include the username or email used for the account and write that you want your PulseCity account deleted.
What is deleted
- Account credentials and authentication records.
- Profile information, photos, preferences, visibility and privacy settings.
- Connections, friend requests, follows, blocks and matches linked to your account.
- Posts, highlights, story views, saved places and app activity records owned by your account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
- Device push tokens and active session data linked to your account.
Retention window
Deletion is processed as soon as possible. Some records may remain for up to 30 days where backups, fraud prevention, safety investigations or legal retention obligations require it.
Identity check
For manual requests we may ask for additional verification before deletion so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.
