Child Safety Standards

PulseCity places the highest priority on protecting children. The following standards are binding for all users.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Producing, sharing, soliciting, or promoting such content is strictly prohibited.

18+ only

PulseCity is for adults 18 and older only. Accounts for anyone under 18 are prohibited; identified accounts are removed immediately.

Prohibited behavior

Attempting to contact or groom minors; any content that sexualizes minors; soliciting images or contact from minors; trying to arrange meetings with a minor; linking to or promoting CSAM are all strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations result in content removal, permanent account termination, and, where required, reporting to the competent authorities (e.g., NCMEC and relevant law enforcement). Evidence is preserved per legal obligations.

How to report

Use 'Report' → 'May be underage' on any profile, message, or content. For urgent child-safety matters, email safety@pulse-city.app directly. In a local emergency, contact law enforcement.
