Terms of Service

By using the PulseCity app ('Service') you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
2. Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must report any suspected unauthorized access immediately. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
3. Code of Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited and result in account suspension/deletion:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- Fake identity, impersonation, or spreading misleading information
- Spam, advertising, or unsolicited content
- Illegal content or promotion of illegal activity
- Any inappropriate behavior involving users under 18
- Automated scraping, bots, or reverse-engineering the service
4. User Content
You retain copyright to content you upload (photos, messages, event info), but grant us a limited, worldwide license to operate the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account anytime from within the app. We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice in case of serious violations of our community guidelines.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is'. You are solely responsible for your own safety in meetings and events with other users. PulseCity is not liable for interactions between users, real-world meetings, or content shared by users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseCity's total liability is limited to the amount you paid the service in the last 12 months (if any). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the place of jurisdiction for disputes is Hamburg.
