This service is currently operated as a private individual (Privatperson). No business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) has been filed in Germany at this stage. Consequently, no German tax number (Steuernummer) or VAT ID (USt-IdNr) exists. This is a non-commercial personal project in beta.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not legally obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, nor do we voluntarily do so.
